Mike began his career in the wood flooring industry over 30 years ago working for a family friend’s company. He has worked in all aspects of the industry over these 30+ years. This has included installation, sand and finish, crew management, and bidwork/sales.

In 2001 Mike went to work at Floor Style Products as a sales leader and technical advisor/trainer. In the 10 years he was there he worked in all aspects of the distribution side of the wood flooring industry. He also aided in the successful opening of 3 satellite branches.

As a territory and now Sales Manager at PoloPlaz, Mike has aided in the growth of PoloPlaz to one of the most successful brands in the wood floor coatings industry. He works with contractors, and distribution partners to aid them in successfully growing their businesses. He also has helped to develop a successful sales team at PoloPlaz.
