Absco Seal Guard is an excellent sealer for all hardwood flooring applications. It is a 100% urethane resin-based finish that penetrates the surface, seals in the pores of any type of wood and prepares the surface for top coating. It can be top-coated with either oil-based or water-based polyurethanes.
